Before you write to us
A few things that speed up the first reply
None of this is required to get in touch. It simply means fewer back-and-forth emails before we can give you something useful.
- Origin and destination addresses. Even just the city and country level helps us judge road distance and whether a non-EU border is involved.
- A rough sense of volume. A studio apartment, a three-bedroom house and an office move each need different planning, and an approximate room count is usually enough at this stage.
- Target dates, even tentative ones. Knowing whether you need to move in three weeks or three months changes what storage and scheduling options make sense.
- Whether storage might be needed. If your move-out and move-in dates do not line up, mention it early so we can factor in the warehouse near Bucharest.
- Any known customs complications. If you already know your move touches a non-EU country, or involves unusual items, flagging it upfront helps us give a more accurate answer.
